I puzzled over this one—which is a good thing. Were these her father’s lies to her? Or the lies his father told him that he shared with her? Not that it matters. But it made me go back and reread it a few times! Fascinating.
I’m sure they are both liars, but these are specifically the father’s lies, not the grandfather’s lies! So glad you liked it!
