I’ll let you read it, and you can let us know. 😏
Hi, Perry. Ricky the Cat is snuggling on me now–I’m in my fuzzy, comfy bathrobe.
Perry says “Hi, Ricky!” Thank you for giving me permission. The prose is quite academic. It’s been a long time since I’ve read something that spreads itself quite like that.
I didn’t think I really wanted to read it. 😀
Haha!
Hi, Perry. It’s good to meet you! I just read the blurb for The Art of Recklessness on Gray Wolf’s site. I vote yes for reading it.
It’s turning out to be a difficult read so far, but I will keep going for the nuggets!!! Perry says hi, Liz.
I’ll be interested in hearing what you think once you’ve finished the book. I say “howdy” back to Perry.
I’ve gotten myself off on other tangents for me. A hard book finds it hard to compete with a library book that I have to return–I started getting reminders about Into the Water, a thriller I had “checked out,” so I finished that up last night. Perry smiled when I told him :).
I understand. I’m an inveterant tangent-follower myself.
LOL!
What fun!
Hehe, Perry is fun!!!
You are a sweet thing! I bet you can get into trouble though. Yes for the book!
Oh man, can he ever. He drives us all nuts every morning.
You are the cutest, Perry. I vote yes.
He is definitely so cute!!!! OK, this book is turning out to be a hard read for this old brain.
Well. Take it slow. 😁
Perry, you are quite meowfully convincing.
Purrfect response :).
Intriguing book.
It’s pretty difficult so far, but I will keep going!
Neat technology. I don’t know the book
I will have to report on the book when/if I finish it!
The app to make cats and dogs talk is really easy to use.
Perry, you are adorable ❤️
Why thanking you for your advice reading that book 🐱
Ciao
Sid
Sid, we will see how it goes with the book. It’s kind of a difficult read.
Perry is SO adorable :).
Gotta love that Perry! Plus he’s gorgeous…
Book looks intriguing.
The book is hard! I set it aside for now. It’s sitting on the coffee table . . . . Perry is such a personality. I think you can even see that by his looks. Those eyes!!!
A lovely message from Perry! And I vote yes for the book, we need a little of the right kind of recklessness in our lives right now 🙂
The book is too reckless right now. It’s so academic and difficult. This pandemic has made me intolerant of anything that I can’t sink my teeth into right away. So we will see. Re Perry: he is a little conceited, but he’s young and handsome and lovable, so why not?!
I love it, Luanne. Perry is the sweetest. He’s so lucky you adopted him. Now he’s giving back.
He gives back a LOT. He’s such a hugger and cuddler. Of course, he’s also the biggest pain in the neck! All day long either the gardener or I are yelling, “Perry!”
It’s a great book! I love that series. I love Perry, too. ❤️
This book is so hard for my mushy quarantine brain. I set it aside to finish a library book that was running out of time.
Perry is such a cool little guy!!!
Aw, Perry, you adorable baby! You are the best. The book looks quite interesting too.
Perry is more interesting than the book so far!!! He’s such a character. Who can blame him for being a little conceited?!
I’ll bet he is interesting!
😻
How did you do that??? So adorable. Glad Perry is doing so well and hope the others are too. Let me know if you like that book!
It’s an app on my pad called MyTalkingPet. Super easy! They are all doing well although of course Pear is very elderly and has issues.
Ugh, hard to read something academic-sounding right now. My brain is mush from the pandemic, plus I am so far out from this kind of reading.
I do know exactly what you mean! 🙂
Maybe it’s a good thing not to be reading that stuff haha.
Too cute!
Hehe, he sure is!
How could I not fall for your cat – a Perry after all and most articulate even! 😀 My friend sent me one of these with her cat the other day but it took quite a bit of doing!
I love the title of the book and wholeheartedly agree with Andrea – recklessness of the poetic kind sounds most intriguing. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it, Luanne!
Ask your friend if she’s using MyTalkingPet. It’s super easy. They line up all the points of movement so well and it takes very little adjustment. Perry is such a Perry :)! hahaha
I have to admit that I have set the book down on my coffee table now. There it sits. For a week. hahaha Very difficult prose in pandemic times.
Loving and laughing @ Perry!! So cute!! 😀 Also love the book title!!
I’d like to read a different book with that title, I think. OK, in all fairness, it’s MY brain that is at fault. It’s so mushy after a year of this pandemic. Just mush.
Perry is truly adorable, a great blend of unconditional love, no filters, exuberance, and selfishness.
Mushy brain: check. Damn pandemic.
Perry – perfectly sweet kitty: check. He’s truly one of a kind!
He absolutely is.
Perry is a beautiful cat, Luanne. 🙂
Thank you so much, Lavinia. I know he’s a little conceited but I don’t think he knows he is handsome.
Hey, Perry, so good to hear from you! You sound as cute as you look 🙂 I think Raji, our newest and youngest member of the feline family, has a lot in common with you … lol.
Raji is trouble and adorable? 😉 And he is handsome like me. Mom just wrote that I am handsome so I must be!
Yes, Perry, you are very handsome. And, yes, a kitty can be adorable and trouble at the same time. It’s adorable how Raji loves to race around the house and through the cat doors, but it’s trouble because he risks hurting himself or someone else. He’s still a kitten 🙂
Oh wow. He must be so excited to live with you!
