Day 30 of Tupelo Press 30/30 Project: Where Did It Go? #poetry

DAY 30

Reminding you that I will be taking down these 30 posts in the very near future :).  Maybe you’ll see them in the future in some other form or “location.”

This post has been EDITED. The disappearance of that last poem: a mystery. It went the way of the other September poems–back into my writing box.

If you have enjoyed reading these one day poems, you might like my book Doll God where the poems have had a little more time coming into the world. It’s now a Finalist in the New Mexico-Arizona Book Awards!!!

  1. You did it! Woo hoo!

  2. Yay! You made it. Well done!

  3. Bravo! Great job, Luanne! I hope you’ll enjoy a big-ole glass of wine (unless you still have the headache) this evening. You deserve it!

  4. A fitting end to your month of poems. Well done, Luanne!
(The room box makes me think of a Vermeer.)

  5. Congratulations, Luanne. What a wonderful month of poems!

  6. Fantastic month of poems, Luanne! Applause to you!!

  7. Congratulations Luanne, you made it – what a great achievement!

    • Andrea, I can’t believe I made it. I had serious concerns midway through and then was just about done and worried I couldn’t write that last poem. Whew!!!!

  8. Congrats — but — eek — I missed the poem!

  9. Hail the conquering hero!!! Congratulations on accomplishing a very significant milestone – I admit I was skeptical, but I admire your tenacity in addition to your creativity!!
Pop a cork or something this weekend!! 🙂

    • Haha, kind of hard to see myself that way for writing a few poems, but I did accomplish something more than I have in the past, that’s for sure!

  10. Well done on a great series. Take a bow!

  11. I am excited you completed this amazing project and hope you made the financial goal to help Tupelo press, Luanne. You deserve a big thank you and am hoping they sent you one.
I was only able to read your poetry every few days. We had a lull in sales in July at our auto part stores which order from our warehouse. But ever since August, ten hour days drained me, hot and tired but trying new, “easier” posts is reviving my feeling about blogging, Luanne.

  12. I feel bad while using a cell phone if you don’t wait long enough when you press “post comment” if you go on to another action, like answering a text. . . it disappears. I mentioned diamond and roses to appear on this post. If you look back to your immediately last post I say that you will find “Congratulations” here and flowers and diamonds. I truly did make a message for you and did take the time to write and create; but must not been published. Luanne, you must think I am so behind. I apologize and hope you know what I intended. It will be made now belatedly. Smiles, Robin
