Thanks to Editor Barbara Leonard, MasticadoresUSA has published my poem “The Not Sonnet.” Of course, it is a sonnet.
This is the second poem of mine that Barbara has published. And there will be a third next month.

Cactus blossom season is here. The gardener took this pic. He is a much better gardener than photographer, but you can still see how beautiful the blossoms are.

Beautiful blooms. Congratulations on the poem.
Thanks, John. The cacti are gorgeous right now.
I love when the cacti blooms.
I guess in the SW it’s a sure way of knowing it’s Spring!
Sometimes the only way. 😁
True!

You (one) could make a long poem about what you are not. It’s different and refreshing.
Thank you, Anneli. I like writing fun identity poems.
Congratulations on your publication! I found the poem thought-provoking.
Thank you, Liz. I am guessing it’s NOT what is expected.
You’re welcome, Luanne. It is not!
